[rs=2] | "As one might suspect.. I was doted on as a child. I was a beautiful baby, the shinning image of everything a young Beaudreau should be. My father adored me and always has. My mum, ever the brain, was sure to teach me all she could, even before I could barely walk. My parents never divorced nor fought, we lived in a happy atmosphere. My father, being the goof ball he was, always kept the air clear. Growing up, I always spatted out my feelings over a warm cup of hot chocolate with my mother in the kitchen at midnight. I vented, I ranted, I told her anything and everything." Aglacea Beaudreau could tell you the exact moment that she decided she wanted to be a paramedic. She was eleven years old and had watched her dear brother fall off the bridge into freezing water. It was when her brother's plumit into the water, unable to swim himself, that she witnessed a rescue squad and a paramedic take care of him. Her sister was rushed to the Hospital Wing at Hogwarts but was unable to be properly treated there. She road in the ambulance beside her cold brother and watched as the man who took care of him was so incredibly amazing that Lacey was dumbfounded. This was one of the first times she had really seen a medical personnel in action. That exact moment made her want to be a paramedic. As she grew up, she found that she had a love for taking care of people - which she figured was stemmed from her brother's accident. She was always the one that friends or family called on when they were sick or injured. People depended on Lacey, and she loved that so much. She fueled off being needed and being the hero. What could she say? It was nice to be needed. Aglacea was always a disorganized girl while growing up and that did not change when she attended high school. She was frequently loosing her homework, books, or even notes. Often times she would search her room for anything that looked like notes just to pass it off as notes in class. She was almost certain that her fellow classmates hated her because she was never prepared to class or would just arrive late. No matter how hard she tried to get ready a head of time she still arrived late to things. Lacey would get side-tracked easily, not by little things like making her bed but because of the overwhelming and unpleasant feelings going through her mind. She always thought with her emotions which wasn't always good seeing as how she would jump to conclusions and express them before even thinking twice. On the other hand it was a good thing, when her brother was caught in a fight against an older student she jumped in to protect her dear brother. Thankfully she was good at defending or else things would have gone sour, but she always claimed it was the best thing she had ever done in her high school years. Her values and principles are very clearly written out in pen and she is willing to sacrifice a great deal to stay true. Lacey was always considerate towards others and does a lot to support them and stand up for them. Once her enthusiasm for an issue or person is aroused she becomes a tireless fighter. Lacey does not take things very seriously and that gets her into trouble from time to time. She doesn’t like to be played with and is not afraid to speak her mind. |
